• planning and organisation of different activities in consideration of the interests and requirements of the university and for the purposes of increasing its popularity in the public,  ; 
• effectively providing the public with information regarding the ongoing and planned important activities, programmes and projects within the university;  
• developing different projects for strategies of communication between the administration of the university, its faculties and the media.
