Basic Functions:

• The inventorying, valuation, maintenance and care of the buildings, land and material goods belonging to the University.
• The management of the budgets for the renovation projects of university property and quality assurance during the renovation process.
• The care and administration of the university parking lots and the care and maintenance of the cleaning materials and technologies for the janitorial staff.
• The management of the university expanses for the water, natural gas, and electricity used in its buildings.
