Collaborative Governance Program (CGP)
The Collaborative Governance Program (CGP) in the Kyrgyz Republic works to foster effective collaboration between a credible, sustainable civil society, the private sector, CGP aims to improve the social compact between the government and the Kyrgyz people by capitalizing on the increased cooperation between the public, private, and civil society sectors in the Kyrgyz Republic.
On April 21st, 2015 an Agreement has been signed between Ilia State University and East-West Management Institute, Inc based in Kyrgystan to launch the 2nd NPM Fellowship Program within the frames of Collaborative Governance Program (CGP).
Within the frames of the project 5 selected fellows from Kyrgystan have visited and worked with 5 leading non-profit organizations in Tbilisi area; audited NPM courses taught at universities in Tbilisi and conducted individual research and interacted with GIPA and ISU experts to prepare the NPM course(s) that they will teach at their universities in Kyrgyz Republic.
4 public lectures for ISU students were conducted and towards the end of the fellowship programme, research results and recommendations were presented that they came up with during their stay and personal research in Tbilisi.
