Brief Description:
The programme aims to give students full insights in intricate aspects of sociology, enable them to critically analyze these aspects and apply them to practice. In addition, the main objective of the programme is to produce a new generation of researchers with a profound knowledge of the filed. Furthermore, the programme aims at equipping students with professional skills and abilities which will enable them to set objectives, plan and conduct research and find and analyze materials relevant to their research, demonstrate and present the outcome of the research, meticulously plan different stages of the research and pass the received knowledge onto others.

Occupational Fields:
Graduates will be qualified to:

• pursue doctoral studies;
• work in academic institutions;
• work in marketing centers of social research agencies;
• work in public service;
• work in media;
• work in public and business sector;
• work in international organizations.
