Program Title: The Art of Live Theater: Directing and Acting.

Admission requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
- Applicant must have successfully passed the university entrance exam;
The Goal of the Program:
The goal of the program is to provide future directors and actors with the environment of integrated performing practices. Via working at one of the theatres on the workshop principle, students gain new knowledge, develop individual artistic vision and deepen practical skills for co-creating a play in one of the fields of performing arts (directing or acting) in order to be prepared for both independent professional advancement and a competitive environment in performing arts.
The program is based on the experience of the world's leading theater schools, such as Yale Drama School (USA), Royal Holloway, University of London, The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (UK) and others.

Admission requirements for the program and the evaluation system
Unified Master's Examination:
According to the Law of Georgia on Higher Education and due to the specifics of art education, a master's student does not need to pass Unified Master's Examination to enter the master's program “The Art of Live Theater: Directing and Acting”.
University Requirements
The applicant must submit:
- Creative resume.
- Portfolio, which includes the substantiation of creative work (photo-video material, relevant links, etc.).
- Cover letter.
Internal University Entrance Examination
- The internal university exam includes 3 stages:
- Interview with the applicant, which includes a review of the cover letter, creative resume and portfolio and testing the level of English language proficiency.
- Creative tour.
- Group exam for directors and actors.
After passing the first stage of the examination, applicants will be consulted for the creative tour.
The internal university examinations are conducted by a branch committee, which evaluates:
- Interview with the applicant - 20 points
- Creative tour - 50 points
- Group exam for directors and actors - 30 points
