Conferred Academic Degree: Master of Food Science
The program aims to produce specialists in the field of food science with an extensive theoretical knowledge of biological and chemical reactions occurring in the process of food products processing and of modern technologies for laboratory analysis, biochemical and bacteriological safety of products, their biological and chemical nutritional value and ability to hold innovative research by relying on the newest methods.
Masters of Food Science can be employed in:
- academic, state and private industrial institutions;
- food products and beverages manufacturing enterprises;
- food products quality controlling laboratories;
- sanitary-epidemiologic institutions, as well as institutions for disease control;
Students can also pursue doctoral degrees.
