Training at Masaryk University

In 2018 from May 27th to June 2nd, the University of Masaryk in Brno (Czech Republic) organized and hosted a one-week training programme on business model development and intellectual property protection under the EC-funded Erasmus + Institutional Development Project- Investing in Entrepreneurial Universities in the Caucasus and Central Asia (EUCA-INVEST). 

The ISU students Ana Gelashvili, Keti Giorgadze, Meri Amiranashvili, Natia Jashi and Mariam Ivanishvili, who were the winners of the ISU Business Idea Competition for the best innovative startup ideas attended and participated in the mentioned one-week training programme. 

The students had the opportunity to attend the lectures in product validation, business modeling and customer development. 

Moreover, the students met with the representatives of the Czech entrepreneurial ecosystem. They also had the opportunity to participate in a mentoring session where the mentors from the different fields consulted them how to further develop their business ideas.
