“Change in Classroom: Promoting Innovative Teaching and Learning to Enhance Student Learning Experience in Eastern Partnership Countries” (PRINTeL)

Erasmus+ CBHE project PRINTeL all beneficiary Study Visit and Information Seminar took place between June 11-12, 2018 at the University of Barcelona, Spain thaand the University of Porto, Portugal. The main purpose of the event was to introduce best practices of European TSDCs to administrative staff of the Eastern PC universities. During the seminars, the representatives of the Project’s European partner universities also made presentations and shared their experience.

The objective of the PRINTeL is to enhance student learning experience in partner countries according to the purposes of Education and Training 2020 (ET 2020). The project also aims at promoting development and innovation in teaching and learning, supporting integration of technology and research.

5 European and 9 partner countries are involved in this project.

The first part of the study visit – the Information Seminar at the University of Barcelona took place on June 11-12, 2018. On June 14-15, 2018 after the Study visit to the University of Barcelona a Workshop-Training was held in the University of Porto. The main objective of the Workshop-Training was the development of Eastern PC universities TSDC administrative staff’s competence in the area of operation of TSDCs, development and realization of innovative training programmes and working out of new operational plans.

On June 16, 2018 the first coordination meeting of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) took place at the University of Porto, where European and Eastern PC institutional coordinators (19 participants) participated. During the coordination meeting the Work group leaders reported on the progress of ongoing activities, and the activities and corresponding timetables set by the end of 2018 were approved by the PSC.
