Within the project  "HERD - Raising Research Capacity of Georgian HEIs through Developing R&D Units", Ilia State University coordinator Ana Khundadze participated in a series of podcasts. In particular, 6 podcasts on different research management topics were prepared within the project by consortium members.  Ana Khundadze spoke about research productivity, its indicators and management, the process of elaborating the data and its importance, as well as the experience gained within the project.
