On 15 July 2026, Giga Khositashvili participated as a guest speaker in the joint training "Academic Freedom: Principles, Challenges, and Practice," organized by East-West University in collaboration with the Georgian Aviation University. As part of the session, he presented the ETHICS project (Responsible Conduct of Research – Research Integrity and Ethics in Georgian Universities), highlighting its objectives, achievements, and contribution to strengthening research ethics and integrity in Georgian higher education. The presentation served as an external dissemination activity of the project, introducing participants to the project's resources and emphasizing the importance of fostering a culture of responsible research alongside academic freedom.
