News

Ilia State University (ILIAUNI) announces its participation in the newly launched COST Action CA24167 – Disruptive Innovation and Exponential HRM: Crafting Next-Gen Employee Experience, Workplace, Job Market (HUMAN-IT).

The HUMAN-IT Action addresses the profound transformations reshaping the governance of human capital amid exponential technological advancement and growing societal complexity. As digital innovations—particularly artificial intelligence—continue to redefine the workplace, employee experience, and global job market, HUMAN-IT aims to establish a forward-looking, interdisciplinary framework for next-generation Human Resource Management (HRM).

From ILIAUNI, David Mamrikishvili will contribute as a member of Working Group 3, which focuses on macro-level societal and policy implications of HRM transformation.

Aligned with EU employment and social inclusion policies and supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), the Action unites a diverse community of scholars and practitioners across Europe.
