Advancing Open Science In Eastern Partnership Region (BE-OPEN)

BE-OPEN aims to strengthen effective, inclusive, and responsible digital transformation of education and science through the implementation of Open Science principles and values at national and institutional levels in Partner Countries (PCs), Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Project Specific Objectives:

1. To promote culture and build consensus on Open Science principles and values implementation at national and institutional levels in PCs.
2. To build human capacities in order to ensure the university transition for sustainable Open Science practices in each PC.
3. To develop Open Science infrastructure at national and institutional levels in each PC.
4. To advance legislative framework on Open Science at institutional and national levels in each PC.
