Erasmus+ Mobility Program at the University of Valladolid
A new call has been announced within the framework of the ERASMUS+ for the Bachelor and Master students of Ilia State University to carry out one-semester study mobility (either in autumn or spring) during the 2024-2025 academic year at the University of Valladolid (Spain).
Duration: 5 months
Financial Support:
- Monthly scholarship - 850 EUR[1]
- Travel allowance - 820 EUR
- Visa-related expenses - 30 EUR
- Medical and travel insurance - 250 EUR
Eligibility Criteria:
- The student must be enrolled in Ilia State University at a relevant study level and have an active student status both during the call for applications and mobility period;
- Bachelor students must have successfully completed at least their first year of studies (min. 60 ECTS credits);
- The students must not have previously received an Erasmus Mundus or Erasmus+ exchange grant at the same study level;
- Master students must choose an academic program that is either identical or related to the program at their home university;
- Min. B2 level in English or Spanish is required;
- The students should prepare a Learning Agreement indicating a minimum of 20 ECTS and a maximum of 30 ECTS where min. 20 ECTS credits should be recognized at Ilia State University.
Required Documents:
- Valid passport or ID card;
- CV (EUROPASS format is recommended);
- Letter of Recommendation;
- Transcript of Records;
- Proof of enrollment;
- Language Certificate (min. B2 level)[2];
- Learning Agreement signed by the faculty dean[3];
- Letter of Motivation;
- In the case of applicants applying for additional support for students with fewer opportunities, applicants must upload the necessary documents to certify this situation in their country of origin;
- Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant.[4]
All documents should be in English.
Once all of the information has been provided and the documents uploaded, a receipt will be generated which must be signed and uploaded onto the UVAMOBPLUS platform in order to conclude the application. The whole process should be carried out online through the webpage https://uvamobplus2.uva.es/. Applications may not be sent by email or fax.

[1] Additional support will be granted to students with fewer opportunities.
[2] Students can submit an internationally recognized certificate, a proof of language course completion from university or a diploma that certifies that the applicant has completed a degree program in the relevant language.
[3] The Learning Agreement (LA) template can be downloaded from the UVAMOBPLUS platform. The student must indicate the courses in their LA and send it to erasmusplus@iliauni.edu.ge for the study expert to give feedback. The process of approving Learning Agreement might take 3-5 days.
