NEW CALL ANNOUNCED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME (PEERS)
We are pleased to inform you that the call for submission of applications for ISU students to implement the mobility at University of Minho; University of Aveiro and University of Evora in the Fall Semester 2024/25 under the Erasmus+ PEERS consortium is open.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should have an active student status at ISU and be enrolled in the the relevant study level;
- Undergraduate students should have completed minimum 1 year of studying and earned at least 60 credits;
- Candidates should have minimum B2 level proficiency in the relevant language (Please check the detailed language requirements for the relevant faculty);
- Candidates on Bachelor and Master studies should not have earned Erasmus+ or Erasmus Mundus scholarship on the same level;
- Participants with fewer opportunities will have priority in the selection procedure

Documents that have to be uploaded with online registration form:
(Documents issued in Georgian should be translated into English and certified by a notary)
- CV, Preferably Europass format
- Certificates of language skills (Min. B2 level);
- Letter of Motivation (maximum one page, in English);
- Proof of active student status;
- Transcript of Records;
- Certificate of Qualifications related to the previous cycle of studies (for Master and PhD students);
- Proposed Learning Agreement: preliminary study plan to be developed at the host HEI (available here), duly signed and approved by the Academic Coordinator of the relevant Department / area of studies, from the home HEI (in order to get your LA signed, please send the document at: erasmusplus@iliauni.edu.ge; please consider that the document needs 3-5 working days to be processed);
- Letter of Acceptance issued by the host HEI, signed by the Adviser of the candidate in that same HEI certifying the acceptance of the candidate if the scholarship is granted. This Letter of Acceptance represents the guarantee that the application is adequate to the area of interest of the host HEI (only for PhD students);
- Proposed Learning Agreement: preliminary Work Plan signed by the parties involved (available here) (only for PhD students)
