The fourth session of the Early Childhood Education Webinar cycle organized by ISU Child Development Institute will take place 18 February, 2021, 17:00.

Topic: Play and Competent Teacher

Speakers:  

Nino Jijavadze – an invited lecturer at ISU and co-founder of a kindergarten Green Cherry, Nino has been engaged in early childhood education since 2007. Her work experience includes preschool teaching as well as participation in the development of regulatory documents, curricula and methodology guides. Her professional interests are focused on early childhood education and visual art.

Tamar Uchaneishvili – Tamar is an invited lecturer at ISU. Her courses focus on early childhood education, communication, language and speech. She has been engaged in the development of inclusive early childhood education for over 15 years. Tamar has co-authored a book titled A Curriculum for Tbilisi Kindergartens and is the supervisor of a programme 7 Plus. Her research interests include the study of play in early childhood.
