On March 13, Ilia State University will host a masterclass titled "Effective Self-Presentation and Professional Communication".

The masterclass is designed for students and graduates, as well as representatives of educational institutions’ student services. Participants will learn about tools for detecting vacancies and locating job openings in the healthcare market, explore strategies for building professional networks, learn about verbal and non-verbal self-presentation skills, and discuss recruitment procedures.

The masterclass will be conducted by local healthcare experts and human resources development managers from employing companies. Invited international experts will share their knowledge and expertise on personal branding and communication.

The masterclass is held as part of Education for Better Employment − Healthcare Employment Week.

The event is conducted within the framework of the ongoing project "Education for Better Employment: Partnership in Innovative Healthcare," funded by the World Bank and the Competitive Innovation Fund, in collaboration with the Iliauni Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine and BAU-Batumi International University.
