On March 14, Ilia State University will host interactive sessions and consultations for students and early-career professionals.

Modern technologies have significantly simplified the processes of composing a CV and cover letter, and preparing for a job interview has never been easier. However, without comprehensive mastery of these skills, it remains a challenge to exhibit authenticity and manage the emotions associated with face-to-face or public communication. The interactive workshop seeks to help students and graduates improve these skills through practical activities. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in individual counselling sessions with HR specialists and representatives of student services.

The sessions are held as part of Education for Better Employment − Healthcare Employment Week.

The event is conducted within the framework of the ongoing project "Education for Better Employment: Partnership in Innovative Healthcare," funded by the World Bank and the Competitive Innovation Fund, in collaboration with the Iliauni Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine and BAU-Batumi International University.

The sessions are open to students of all levels of the healthcare sector and emerging professionals.
