On March 15, Ilia State University will host a conference titled "Challenges and Opportunities in the Healthcare Employment Market" and an awards ceremony for the science blog competition winners.

During the conference, students, graduates, employers, and educational institutions will exchange insights regarding the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare employment market while also sharing individual employment experiences and the best practices in the field. Conference activities include group work and discussions aimed at exploring the prospects for stakeholder collaboration. The winners of the healthcare science blog will showcase their works, followed by an awards ceremony to conclude the event.

The conference speakers will be local and foreign health experts, representatives of employer organizations, and students/graduates.

The conference is held as part of Education for Better Employment − Healthcare Employment Week.

The event is conducted within the framework of the ongoing project "Education for Better Employment: Partnership in Innovative Healthcare," funded by the World Bank and the Competitive Innovation Fund, in collaboration with the Iliauni Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine and BAU-Batumi International University.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format.
