Korean Speech Contest for Sunday School Students

Events

Korean Speech Contest will be held for graduates of the Korean language program (A1-1 level) of Iliauni Sunday School as part of Korean Week at Ilia State University on May 18, 11:00, to mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Georgia.

160 students from entire Georgia were selected through a contest organized by the Iliauni Korean Language and Culture Student Club within the framework of the Iliauni Sunday School have been mastering Korean language A1-1 remotely for 9 weeks from February.

The lessons provided by the program are over and the graduates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge in front of a wide audience and jury on May 18.

Contestants will read their reports in Korean before the jury. The winners of I, II and III places will be awarded prizes.

The graduates of the Korean language program will be awarded certificates of successful completion of the course.
