Center for Personal and Professional Development of Iliauni is announcing admission to the training “Service Quality Management and Managerial Skills Strengthening for Middle level and Front line Managers”.
About the Training
During the training, middle level and front line managers will gain knowledge and develop skills that will help them manage the employee and customer service process smoothly and effectively.
Participants of the training will be introduced to modern employee management tools and service quality management concepts and strategies. And through practical assignments will be able to adapt theoretical knowledge to the real work process.
The training will start on June 20, at 18.00, and consist of 15 contact hours, which will be distributed over 5 days.
The trainings will take place at Ilia State University or, if desired, at a company of interest.
The application deadline is June 17.
