Flipped Classroom Pedagogy Training Programme

On April 1st to 3rd Ilia State University in collaboration with the UWE Bristol and the Aldridge Institute hosted Flipped Classroom Pedagogy Training Programme, focused on providing participants with a critical understanding of contemporary theory, practice and research in this field and equipping them with the skills to incorporate coaching and mentoring within their teaching practice.

Under the Flipped Classroom Pedagogy Training Programme the expert has delivered a coaching and mentoring programme to support academics to operate a ,,flipped-classroom” mode of delivery. The training was based on the Team Academy approach used within UWE Bristol’s Team Entrepreneurship degree programme.

The programme was delivered by Professor Carol Jarvis –the Professor in Knowledge Exchange at UWE Bristol.

The project is funded by the British Council’s Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Programme. The five-year initiative aims to help develop the creative economy and enterprise skills to support sustainable development and social welfare.

The Program is being coordinated by ISU Development Office.
