The admission of the applications for funding by students living in villages adjacent to the dividing line has begun. This year, applications will be accepted only electronically and will continue until December 5, 2022 (18:00).

Applications not submitted electronically will not be considered.

All students can go through electronic registration, regardless of whether they were funded by the mentioned program in previous years.

Electronic registration is possible from the corresponding portal of the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (http://socreg.mes.gov.ge). Detailed instructions for registering on the portal and submitting an application are displayed at the address:https://bit.ly/3O6iigw 

A student with an active status (master's degree; bachelor's degree), who has studied for the last 3 years and obtained a certificate in a village near the dividing line or, due to the absence of a secondary school in this village, studied in the school of the nearest settlement (in the case of joining the program for the first time), can receive funding within the program. If the student has already registered on the website soreg.mes.gov.ge, re-registration is not possible and the existing profile must be used.

If a student is studying in two higher education institutions, he/she should indicate only the higher education institution in which he/she wishes to receive the study funding;

A student will be sent the information about whether or not he/she received funding to the phone number specified during registration (your application has been approved or your application has been rejected).

If the application has been filled out incorrectly, it is possible for the student to change the information within the registration period defined by the program. For this, the student needs to visit the page and press the “Edit” button.
