We are pleased to inform you that the call for submission of applications for ISU students to implement the mobility at University of Valladolid is open.

General Information:

Mobility Period: 1 semester
Study level: Undergraduate, Master, PhD

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have an active student status at ISU and be enrolled in the the relevant study level;
• Undergraduate students should have completed minimum 1 year of studying and earned at least 60 credits;
• Candidates should have minimum B2 level proficiency in the relevant language (Please check the detailed language requirements for the relevant faculty);
• Candidates on Bachelor and Master studies should not have earned Erasmus+ or Erasmus Mundus scholarship on the same level;
• Candidates can only apply for the equivalent/relevant study field; candidates must earn minimum of 20 ECTS and a maximum of 30 ECTS at the University of Valladolid and which must perforce be academically recognised at the home institution;
•  For Doctorate Studies: students who have already participated in Erasmus Mundus or Erasmus+ Mobility Programs and whose mobility period exceeds 12 months are not eligible.

All applications must be submitted online until the 16th April 2021 (11AM Spanish Time), using the application form provided on the link https://uvamobplus.uva.es/

Documents that have to be uploaded with online registration form:

(Documents issued in Georgian should be translated into English and certified by a notary)

• Photo
• ID card or Passport copy
• Curriculum Vitae, using the Europass format

(available at http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu );

• Certificates of language skills (Min. B2 level);
• Letter of Motivation;
• Letter of Recommendation;
• Proof of active student status;
• Transcript of Records (for all study cycles);
• Signed Learning Agreement (in order to get your LA signed, please send the document at: erasmusplus@iliauni.edu.ge; please consider that the document needs 3-5 working days to be processed);
• In cases of economically or socially disadvantaged applicants, this must be accredited by providing the pertinent documents in their home country.
• In the case of applicants with disabilities, applicants must upload the documents required to accredit said situation in their home country.
• Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant (template is available in the application form)
