ISU Erasmus + Mobility Program for Autumn Semester 2017-2018

Application Deadline is 10 June, 2018

New call has been announced for MA students of ISU for mobility at the following European University:

1. Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland

2. TU Braunschweig, Germany

3. Univesity of Siegen, Germany

Mobility dates:

• Student Mobility should be implemented in Autumn Semester 2018/19

Eligibility Criteria:

• During the contest the student is required to be enrolled in the relevant level at Ilia State University.

Application files should be submitted electronically: Online Registration Form

Documents that have to be uploaded in online registration form :
(Documents issued in Georgian should be translated into English and certified by a notary)

Important!

• Only completed applications will be considered. Documents sent separately will not be accepted. In this case, candidates will be automatically disqualified. 
• Candidates should apply for the mobility relevant to their level. For instance, BA students are not allowed to apply for the MA Mobility program.

How to Fill Learning Agreement (LA)
During the contest, applicants are expected to submit a draft version of the LA which means that at this stage the signed version of the document is not required. In the draft version of the LA, applicants should fill in the following gaps:

• Student’s Personal Data
•  Information about Home and Host University
• Table corresponding to courses selected at host university (Table A: Study program abroad)

Signed version of the LA is only required for students who successfully complete the third stage of the selection procedure, that is the interview.

Who cannot apply for the program?

• Second year MA students
• Students who have already benefited from Erasmus Mundus Scholarship at the same level
•  Students who have already participated in Erasmus Mundus and Erasmus+ Mobility Programs whose their mobility period exceeds 12 months.

*Student can submit an internationally recognized certificate, a certificate from university or a diploma that certifies the applicant has completed the relevant foreign language program. Minimum requirement is B2 level. Preference will be given to candidates with internationally recognized certificates.
