IMITATED COURT TRIAL IN CIVIL LAW
Legal Profession Development Center and the Law School of Ilia State University are arranging an imitated court trial in Civil Law.
Second, third and fourth-year MA students of the university are welcomed to take part in the imitated court trial. Registration deadline is April 5. In order to register, click the registration URL below:

Selection procedures are as follows:
1) Arranging materials;
2) Interview.
Those who get past the interview stage, will undergo a preparatory training for drawing up claims, answers and court decisions.
After the completion of the training sessions, the participants will be grouped and given different roles.
The imitated court trial, which is planned to comprise two stages, will be held at Tbilisi Court of Appeals. Those who successfully complete the first stage, will participate in the second. The winners will be given a chance to gain work experience at Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeals.
