Open Government Week: Main Directions and Principles of Open Government Partnership Initiative

On May 25 at 4 p.m., within the framework of open government week, Ilia State University will held informative meeting. Main directions and principles of Open Government Partnership – OGP, along with key reforms implemented within the framework of Georgia’s involvement in OGP and four action plans will be discussed at the meeting.
Speakers:
Keti Tsanava, Head of Public Administration Unit, Policy, Planning and Government Coordination Department. Administration of the Government of Georgia.
Salome Sagharadze, Project Coordinator at Young Lawyers Association Democratic Institutions Support Program.
Students will get familiarized with the OGP Georgia Interagency Coordination Mechanisms and their special features. At the meeting, students will also have an opportunity to hold discussions with speakers and discuss real-world examples and good practices of modern governance.
