Laboratory of Visual Anthropology and Local History
The Laboratory of Visual Anthropology and local history is a structural unit of Ilia State University Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Its objective is extraction of Antiquities (cultural heritage - historic, ethnographic, archaeological, etc.) and integration into the process of interdisciplinary study. Daily activities of the Laboratory include developing scientific and business ties in Georgia and abroad, as well as participating in international academic and publishing life. The laboratory carries out its activities in single or regular public talks, workshops, conferences, symposia, congresses, masterclasses, readings, round tables and presentations. The Laboratory prepares and publishes scientific works in yearbooks and magazines."
