Ilia State University is the first Georgian organization to become a member of EBN, one of the largest international innovation networks.

EBN (European Business and Innovation Centre Network) is a network of around 140 quality-certified EU|BICs (business and innovation centres) and 40 other organisations that support the development and growth of innovative entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs.

Membership in this network will enable the University to refine a certified innovation-based incubation programme, enhance the entrepreneurship education programme, engage in European collaborative projects for example in the field of youth entrepreneurship, plug-in IP commercialisation activities into a certified incubation programme, support international collaboration.
