Ilia State University In line with the sustainability strategy of the Creative Spark Program and in collaboration with the UWE Bristol from March 1st is launching the Women Tech Hub initiative.

The project will establish a Women Tech Hub, where 60 students will develop skills in various modern areas, such as tech entrepreneurship, web-development, app-development, computer design and social marketing.  20 participants will be selected for each course and a total of 60 participants will receive free training courses, which include both theoretical and practical components.

Upon completion of the training, student teams will be able to gain Practical experience. With the acquired knowledge and mentoring of trainers, they will help 6 specially selected start-ups and small enterprises founded by females, to develop design, application, web platform, proper social media for an enterprise etc.

The aim of this project is to strengthen the role of women in technology and entrepreneurship and ensure their involvement.

Who can participate?

The course is designed for female students of any university who wish to master new professions and develop their skills in technological and entrepreneurial directions.

The number of participants is limited - only 60 students will participate in the program.

How can I become a project participant?

To participate in the project you need to fill out a simple application form no later than  February 25, 2022.

We will contact the selected candidates no later than February 28, 2022. Candidates will be selected based on personal motivation and experience.
