This short e-training introduces PhD students in medicine and public health to the process of developing scientific projects from initial ideas and questions to a structured project proposal. Participants will explore how to design feasible projects and navigate the relationship between scientific priorities and donor funding opportunities. The session will also provide a practical overview of the key components of a project proposal, including methodology, timeline, budget, impact, and ethics.
