From April through 17 May 2019, The ISU Department of Student Affairs organizes a university futsal tournament for male teams. The matches will be held on ISU E premises. Only ISU student teams can participate. Playing for more than one team is not allowed. Each team shall consist from 6 to 8 students.

The matches will have two 12-minute halves with a halftime break of 5 minutes.

The winning team will be awareded ISU Perpetual Cup Trophy. Teams winning the first, second and third places will be presented with respective medals and certificates.
