On March 28, at 17:00, ISU Arts Research Institute initiates an official opening of Video Festival T+V dedicated to International Day of Theatre and will last till March 30. 

By launching the Video Festival, newly established ISU Arts Research Institute strives to develop the tradition founded in 1997. During 14 years, famous theatrical performances; cognitive-educational meetings, master classes by outstanding field experts and workshops were organized within the frameworks of the festival.  Unique theatrical performance records are gathered at the video center of ISU Arts Research Institute. Three-day program of the festival includes six performances.
