On April 25, 15:00, Ilia State University will host a presentation of the research “New Buildings Research - Price Analysis” by Iliauni Business Review.

The research covers in-depth information on new buildings in Tbilisi. More precisely, it discusses the fixed price per square meter according to the districts of Tbilisi.  The research illustrates the ranking of the building companies.  In addition, the research points up the living and non-commercial spaces.  The search was conducted from March 20 to April 20, 2012. 39 building companies were studied under this research. The research incorporates large and well-known companies as well as companies with one building object.

The research has shown:

The district of Tbilisi where the fixed price per square meter of living space is the highest

The district of Tbilisi where the fixed price per square meter of living space is the lowest

The district of Tbilisi where the options offered by the companies are the most diverse

The district of Tbilisi where the lack of options is marked

The company proposing many building objects to its customers.  

The company proposing few building objects to its customers. 

The districts of Tbilisi where the current buildings are not marked
