Tamar Khachashvili's Public Lecture: How to Create Successful Company

On April 8, at 13:00, at lecture hall E207 of the Ilia State University, at the initiative of the Iliauni Business School, Founder and Director of the “Caucasus Genetics" Company will deliver the public lecture on the topic: "How to Create a Successful Company".

Mrs. Khachashvili will familiarise the students with her vast experience in the field of entrepreneurship by informing them how she started a small business in 2006, and in what manner she managed to became the prime manufacturer in her field. 

Tamar Khachashvili is also a founder of two other companies with different profiles: FIDA Georgia (specialising in agritourism and carrying out agriculturally based operations) and Women for Tomorrow (promoting women's active involvement in social life).

By sharing her wide experience, she will help the students effectively plan their future.

Regarding the rapporteur:

Tamar Khacharashvili has a Master's Degree in Economic Geography and is a PHD student of the Agrarian University as well as a certified couch of Erickson International University specialising in the agrarian sector, with 15 years' experience. Plus, she has 10 years' experience in business management. Apart from this, she also serves as a Career and Personal Development Consultant as well as as a couch with 8 years’ experience in teaching.

Caucasus Genetics, the founder and manager of which is Tamar Khachashvili, is the company which combines dairy experts and breeding and AI specialists.

Caucasus Genetics launched its operation in 2006 as a small company serving for the east and south parts of Georgia. Nowadays it represents one of the key suppliers of Georgia in breeding and AI field. It is a leading company in milk production and processing as well as a key supplier of the best breeds of cattle and the best quality service provider in animal breeding and artificial insemination.

Introduction and implementation of modern technologies in Georgia is related precisely to the name of Caucasus Genetics LTD.

In 2014, Mrs Khachashvili founded Agrotourism Company FIDA Georgia, which, for the purposes of familiarising themselves with Georgia's history and agriculture, has attracted a number of local and foreign tourists.

The Company mainly arranges agrotours, wine and cheese tours, learning and educational tours for pupils and students in diary production and cattle breeding.

Tamar Khachashvili is actively involved in public activities.

In 2004, along with her supporters, she founded Women's Business Association "Women for Tomorrow", which aims to facilitate active involvement of women in economic and social life of the country.
