Public lecture on "Right to Privacy in the Era of Transparency and Mass Surveillance" will be held on October 26 at 15:00

Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Ganna Yudkivska will speak about a development of the notion of privacy and its reasonable expectations, growing requirements to informational space, right to be forgotten, mass surveillance and omnipotent state.

Doctor of Philosophy in law, Ganna Yudkivska has been elected to European Court of Human Rights in 2010. She is the President of the Fourth Section of the Court. She is also an Associate Professor of the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine and Member of the Board of the European Society of International Law.
