On November 16, 16:00, Hans W. Decker, Professor at Columbia University, will deliver a public lecture on “Corporate Social Responsibility in Globalizing World” at Ilia State University Austrian Library (3/5 Cholokashvili Ave.).

Attendance is free.

Hans W. Decker is a professor in the field of international finance and business at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.

Prof. Decker’s teaching and research interests include global corporate strategies, governance systems, business organizations, comparative political economy, Western Europe, and the European Union.

Decker was a president of the Siemens Corporation-USA. He served at Central Finance Division and at the Legal Department of Siemens Corporation. He currently serves on the board of International House in New York and the European Institute in Washington, D.C.

The meeting is organized within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Ilia State University and Columbia University, under the auspices of East-West Management Institute and US Agency for International Development (USAID).
