On May 8, at 16:00, the Georgian translation of the book "What is Global History?" by Sebastian Conrad the world's leading historian, will be presented at the book house Ligamus (Ilia State University)

The book was published by Princeton University Press in 2016, and its Georgian translation was released by Ilia State University Press.

Sebastian Conrad’s “What is Global History?” is regarded as the beginning of a new era in historical science. We hope that the translation of Sebastian Conrad's book will inspire Georgian colleagues to include the approach of global history in their research and thus critically revise traditional, deeply rooted theories.
