MEETING WITH ADAM DINGLE AT ILIAUNI THEATRE

Events

On February 16, at 19:00, on the initiative of Startup Grind Tbilisi, a meeting will be conducted with senior software engineer of Google and the graduate of the universities of Princeton and Berkeley, Adam Dingle.

At the meeting, the speaker will answer the questions from the audience instead of delivering a lecture and by doing so will make the event more prolific. The audience will be enabled to get to know Mr. Dingle in an unofficial atmosphere and ask different questions to him.

Regarding Adam Dingle

Adam Dingle is a software engineer with a vast experience in this field. In 1994-1996, he taught computer sciences at Charles University, Prague. In 2002-2006, he served as a senior software engineer in Google, which, when he was there, considerably expanded and became an employer of 550-9000 people. Mr. Dingle contributed to the development of the products such as Desktop, Firefox, Chrome, and Google Toolbar.

Later Adam Dinge embarked on his own Startup by founding Parking Hero and Yorba Foundation and Roundtown afterwards. He assisted Yorba Foundation in developing products such as Shotwell, photo manager and the integration system for Ubuntu, as well as e-mail service for Geary and Linux. He also contributed to laying the foundation for student project NetBeans, which he led at Charles University. NetBeans is Java IDE, which in 1999 was purchased by SUN.
