On May 19, 15:00, Ilia State University College of Business will represent a new master degree program in Healthcare Policy and Management at ISU Hall A101 (Chavchavadze Ave. 32). The program comprises four directions: 1. Healthcare Policy and Public Healthcare. 2. Healthcare Management 3. Healthcare Economics 4. Pharmacy Management.

The program persues the goals to prepare high qualified managers with ability to make effective administration of the processes taking place in healthcare sphere. They will study theoretical and practical aspects related to the management of healthcare sphere and will obtain necessary skills, knowledge and tips to further career success. 

The program covers the following issues: healthcare policy, public healthcare, assessment of healthcare system, healthcare economics, health insurance, hospital management, planning of healthcare programs, research of healthcare spheres, epidemiology and biostatistics, healthcare law, medical quality, pharmacy policy and management and others. 

The graduate program includes an innovative program of business simulation (hospital management) that provides great opportunities for students to transform their theoretical knowledge into practical skills, supports them to realize the importance of any position at hospital and to develop relevant sense of responsibility.
