On Friday, December 20, 18:30, ISU will host a public lecture on the topic "Constitution and Democratic Transition". The lecture is organized within the framework of the lecture program "Constitution and Democracy" implemented by ISU Center for Constitutional Studies.

The lecture will be delivered by David Afrasidze, Full Professor at Ilia State University, Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science.  

Lecture Duration: 1 hour and 30 min.
