An Intensive Online Start-Up Bootcamp (Part 2)

Outline

An Intensive Online Start-Up Bootcamp is aimed at students with an idea for a business. The bootcamp will use the idea management online platform Validate to support students in developing their idea, including customer profiles, competitor analysis and defining their value proposition. 

The bootcamp will guide students through the business start-up journey and equip them with practical skills and tools in business planning, ideation and pitching.

The Bootcamp Benefits

The participants will be granted an exclusive 12 months unlimited access to the Validate platform to develop and refine their business ideas and validate go to market strategy. 

Date and Time:

15:00 to 17:00 on July 31st 

12:00 to 14:00 on August 3rd 

Audience:

University students with an idea for a business or an interest in pursuing an entrepreneurial career path within the creative industries.

Objectives:

• Developing students’ knowledge of business start-up in a creative industry context;

• Providing students with the skills to launch a business in the creative industries;

• Raising awareness of Creative Spark and of the value of enterprising skills more broadly.

Facilitator:

The bootcamp will be delivered by Lauren Davies- Lecturer in Enterprise & Entrepreneurship at UWE Bristol, Director of Enterprise Educators UK.
