American Jazz Pianist in Iliauni

Famous Jazz pianist Justin Kauflin will conduct a seminar for Music School students in Iliauni Theater lobby, April 29, 1 p.m. He will talk about Jazz and about challenges that people with disabilities face.
Justin Kauflin, recipient of numerous awards lost vision at the age of 11. He graduated from New Jersey Paterson University, under the leadership of legendary jazz trumpet performer, Clark Terry. Justin Kauflin performed with his trio in famous Virginia Jazz-club, Havana Nights, in 2011-2013. He also gave solo performances.
Justin Kauflin received VSA young artists' international award. He was named as a "Jazz performer of the year" by VEER Magazine. The great Quincy Jones has acknowledged him in „Quincy Jones' Artist Roster". Justin Kauflin participated in Quincy Jones anniversary world tour.
Currently, he works on his own album and album, dedicated to Clark Terry. At the same time he is actively performing - he is working with "Visionary Media"(New York) and "Quincy Jones Productions"(Los Angeles).
