The Embassy of the United States to Georgia and the Rustaveli Theatre announce an open competition to participate in a theatre project “24 Hours Festival”.

According to the format of the project, the six selected playwrights must write a play in one night to be staged on the Experimental Stage of the Rustaveli Theatre by young directors in one day.

For participation in the Festival, please submit your CV with listed professional experiences and a page of your literary work to the following e-mail address: guledanig@state.gov

Deadline for the submission of the applications is 7th March, 2012.

The “24 Hours Festival” will take place in the Rustaveli Theatre on March 25-26, 2012.

The Embassy of the USA to Georgia will award the best playwrights and directors with Kindle with installed collections of American plays.
