The Rules of Exclusion of Academic Backwardness

1. If student, who is doing her/his bachelor or master program at ISU College of Law, cannot or will not pass the compulsory study subject for three times her/his status as a student will be stopped as a result of not archiving the study results foreseen by the program.

2. If student, who is doing her/his bachelor or master program at ISU College of Law, in one study module cannot or will not pass three compulsory/elective study subjects her/his status as a student will be stopped as a result of not archiving the study results foreseen by the program. The exception is six credit study subject which is offered only with the elective module and their not passing will not cause the stopping of the student status.

3. This rule will be set in motion from the moment when ISU Academic Council will receive it in order and will be spread on cases which will occur after its reception. This rule also applies to the cases when student, before receiving this rule, was already failed once or twice in one and the same subject and failure in this subject for second or third time happened after receiving this rule.
