Announcements

On October 12-19 an international conference organized by Ilia State University Institute for Earth Sciences and Avalon Institute of Applied Science (Canada) will be held in Tbilisi. The aim of the conference is to encourage interdisciplinary and interregional relation with geological, archeological, ecological and anthropological data aiming at a research of the existing relationship between environmental change and human adaptation. The conference includes the sessions at Ilia State University as well as field trips to different regions. The participation in the conference is free for Georgian citizens. The deadline for abstracts is August 15, 2013.
