On March 16-18, Ilia State University College of Law organizes a spring school dedicated to “Drafting Technology for Founding Documents of a Legal Person”.

Students will be given a chance to take part in the three-day intensive seminars.  They will be given the opportunity to obtain theoretical knowledge and acquire practical skills in the field of drafting required documents and registration procedures that are essential for founding a legal person. 

In addition, the school participants will get information about redomiciliation of foreign companies and launching of their new branches in Georgia.

The seminars will be conducted by representatives of the Public Registry and private law companies. 

The project is open to bachelors studying at the faculty of law in any accredited higher education institutions of Georgia.

Participants will be selected on the basis of their CVs and an interview.

The interview will be held on March 1, 13:00, at Ilia State University (Venue: Chavchavadze Ave. 32) A 405.
