Erasmus Mundus is a collaboration and mobility program in the field of high education, which is directed towards improvement of the quality of European high education system and also promotes dialogue and understanding between the people and cultures through cooperation with the Third-World Countries. The action 2 program includes mobility of students, researchers and academic/administrative personnel to the European and non-European high education institutions.

Project ALRAKIS was financed in 2011 by European Commission. Göttingen University (Germany) is a project coordinator and partner is Ilia State University. In the frames of the project on the bases of two competitions held in 2011-2012 academic/administrative personnel, researchers and students of every academic level were selected.
At the present time in the frames of the project is announced third and last competition only for doctoral and postdoctoral students.

Mobility can be realized in the following European Universities:

- Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany
- Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium
- Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW, Poland
- University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain
- Tallinn University, Estonia
- Università degli Studi della Tuscia, Italy
- Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Austria
- Royal Institute of Technology - KTH, Sweden

The period of mobility:
Doctorate Students - 12 or 22 month
Post Doctorate Students - 6 or 10 month

Stipend:
Doctorate Students - 1500 Euro

Post Doctorate Students - 1800 Euro.

Program covers all the expenses of transportation, insurance and study fee.

The participants will be selected on the bases of the presented documents.

The competition lasts till January 10, 2013.
