Regional Centre for Research and Promotion of Constitutionalism conducts the international Olympiad in national and comparative constitutional law, with financial support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

The Olympiad is open to the students enrolled in the higher education institutions of Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia (except doctoral-level students). 

The deadline for submission of the papers is September 20, 2011. Each university will select the authors of the best three papers. The republican Olympiad will be held no later than October 1, 2011. The best three participants will be chosen from each country.  The final stage will take place in Batumi no later than October 20, 2011.
