The Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation is pleased to organize the 9th International Scientific Conference on “Problems and Perspectives of South–East European Countries Cooperation within the Frames of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC)”. The conference will be held on May 23-26 in Ukraine.

The main thematic conference stands are:

• Ecological, economic and power security of development of regions in the globalization conditions;
• Globalization and regionalization of the modern national economies;
• Integration processes in BSEC;
• Innovation policy, regional studies, regional development planning, functioning of free economic zones and territories of priority development;
• Development of trans-border cooperation, euroregions;
• Estimation of efficiency of foreign economic relations of the BSEC countries; GUAM;
• Development of sphere of services, tourism and recreational resources;
• Market infrastructure in BSEC - realities and tendencies;
• Development of the international transport corridors, participation in TRASECA, Balto-Bleak Sea axis.

Working languages of the conference are: English, Russian, Ukrainian and Bulgarian.

The deadline for the submission of the conference papers is 1 April, 2011.
