Ilia State University Research Centre for Semiotics and journal "Semiotics" extends the invitation to the Fourth Scientific Conference in Semiotics.

The Conference will be held on October 19-20, 2013 in Tbilisi and Mtskheta. The Conference is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor Zurab Kiknadze. The topic: Semiotic Perspectives of the Space (Space Semiotics).

The presentations can also be about the following topics: Semiotics of Language and Literature, Semiotics of Culture, the History and Theory of Semiotics.

Those willing to participate in the conference should present their resume in Georgian no more than one page (A4, font LitNusx, 12) before October 10, 2013. The authors will be informed about selected works by October 12. The authors of the selected works should present the electronic version of the publishable version at the conference itself. After the conference the selected conference proceedings will be published in the 13th volume of the scientific journal "Semiotics".

The conference will be opened on October 19 at Ilia State University and will continue on October 20 in Mtskheta.
